Hampshire based Company Custom Covers transformed the lower car deck of the Norfolk Lines cross channel ferry the Mearsk Dunkirk as part of the 70th anniversary of the evacuation of Dunkirk for European Events. Custom Covers the UK's leading marquee and lining services supplier created a "Marquee" Lining inside the ferry where the commemorative dinner for Dunkirk veterans and small ships sailors and dignitaries was held on 27th May.

"The transformation was particularly demanding ":commented Technical Director Simon Bell "the Ferry left Dover at 10.00am on Thursday 27th May the dinner was at 7.00pm the same day ;de rig and leave the ship by 3.00am the following morning".
