 
John Denham MP congratulates Custom Covers staff who celebrate achieving prestigious 9001 certification.
Custom Covers has always considered the continuous improvement of the manufacturing process and a commitment to quality of primary importance and it is no wonder then that it has been awarded the ISO 9001:2000 certificate, and MP for Southampton Itchen John Denham was on hand to congratulate the team and hand over the prestigious award.
Internationally recognised as a sign of commitment to quality, the ISO 9001 is only presented to companies that have been assessed as implementing a quality management system, supported by a dedicated network of staff.
Custom Covers was assessed and then recommended for certification by Lloyd's Register Quality Assurance (LRQA). Don Stanley, UK Head of Assessment from LRQA said: "Custom Covers achievement in securing this prestigious quality approval demonstrates the company's commitment to its customers and to improving its business. It also reflects the senior management team's determination to provide clients with a quality service and product."
