Custom Covers has renewed their ISO 9001 accreditation from ISO 9001:2008 to ISO 9001:2015.

As a company we strive to consistently provide high quality products and services to our customers. To show this we upgraded our ISO 9001 certification from ISO 9001:2008 to ISO 9001:2015, a universially recognised symbol of quality within a business.

What does this mean?

ISO 9001 was established by the ISO (International Organisation of Standardardisation) as a way to set a benchmark for product quality, and reduce risk to the customer when buying from certified companies.

To us, it means that an external auditor from the Lloyds Registrar has assessed how the business is run, and decided that Custom Covers fits the Plan/Do/Check/Act model requirements needed for the certification.

 

What is ISO 9001:2015?

The ISO 9001: 2015 is the newest iteration of the globally recognised certification from the International Organisation of Standardisation. This updated version places an emphasis on a businesses ability to manage potential risks, aswell as their ability to provide quality service and continually improve.

 

How does this affect our Customers?

We are really proud to have been awarded this certificate, so we continue to strive to maintain our level of quality in all regards, and try to make sure our customers get the best service they can from us.
