In the middle of 2013 Custom Covers were asked to assist one of our long standing customers, develop and fabricate a specialised walkway for Thames View Junior School. They had been asked to provide a joining walkway between two classrooms in the shape of a caterpillar.

Custom Covers worked with the fabricator to ensure that the complicated fabric panels with curvature in two directions carefully matched the framework and design intent.

The final panels were fabricated from a Ferrari 502 fabric with the main pringle shaped panels in white and the joining panels in buttercup yellow. The finished walkway provides an exciting addition to the school play ground and gives well need protection between classes.
