Computer Design

Our design engineers and draughtsmen use computer-aided design software including AutoCAD and SolidWorks, supported by a large library of existing drawings for well-known marquee specifications. This helps speed up develipment and improve accuracy.

Computer Cut

Coomputer-controlled cutting tables allow us to cut complex shapes accurately and consistently. This is especially important for bespoke covers, replacement PVC and more complex fabric designs.

Professionally Made

Across our PVC production facilities, we operate multiple high-frequency welders and welding beds, including large-format production capability for substantial sheets and covers.

Custom Finished

Our experienced production team finished each cover by hand using a variety of finishing machinery and practical checks. The result is a made-to-order product that is built around the customer's structure and intended use.
