Custom Covers manufactures PVC roofs and gables for marquee structures, including standard replacement covers and custom-made options.

Our standard PVC products are modular, with 3m bay widths and stock options for 3m, 6m, 12m and 15m marquee structures.

Clear PVC Roof

Roof Options

PVC roofs can be produced in standard or clear PVC and can be customised to suite the structure and finish required. Valances can be scalloped, straight or cut to your own specification.

The two standard roof types are bungee tension and bar tension. Bungee tension roofs connect to the eave rail using hooks on elasticated cord. Bar tension roofs are tensioned using a push-down bar or ratchet straps to create a flatter, tighter finish.

Gable Options

PVC gables provide a practical way to finish the end of a structure. Like roofs, they can be supplied with bungee or bar tension systems and customised features where required.

For some structures, extension products such as Bell Extensions may also provide an alternative way to complete or enhance the gable end.

Where Bar Tension is Useful

Bar tension roofs are especially useful for corporate structures and semi-permanent installations where a tighter visual finish is required. Bar tension walls or hard-walling are often recommended alongside bar tension roofs in semi-permanent structures.
