Marquee Covers

Custom Covers has been making PVC covers in Southampton for over 25 years and are the UK's leading marquee manufacturer. These are available for our own Coverspan range as well as for all standard marquee manufacturers in Europe and the USA from 3m up to 40m widths. We have an extensive CAD library of existing patterns covering all reputable tent frame systems. We also offer a bespoke service and are happy to quote to make PVC to fit any structure.

The company has experience in both modern frame marquees as well as more specialised structures. Stage covers, awnings and tension structures are also manufactured to suit individual customer requirements, both for UK and overseas markets.

Fabric Specification: Manufactured at our base in Southampton all coverspan covers are made from 650g per square metre weight fire retardant PVC, which is a low wick anti-fungal treated hardwearing cloth.  In addition to our standard PVC, covers can be manufactured using a variety of colours or different weights of fabric, canvas or other suitable materials. We have extensive knowledge in this area and would be delighted to discuss any special requirements you might have.
 
Standard Products: For the Custom Covers Coverspan plus range of marquees we make all standard PVC fabric covers. All these products can be adapted to fit any structure.

• Roofs: As with our Coverspan plus frame structures PVC fabric covers are modular and our standard product comes in 3m bay widths. We keep stock of marquee covers for marquees with widths of 3m, 6m, 9m, 12m,and 15m. Roofs can be made in standard or clear PVC.

• Walling: standard walling is for 3m bay widths with 2.3m eave height, fire door walls are also available.
  
• Window walls: Our innovatively designed products, such as panoramic window walls, can be fitted anywhere around the modular Coverspan structure and come in a variety of styles from traditional two-piece Georgian to Gothic window wall; these are also available as one-piece panoramic or picture windows. All these products can be adapted to fit any structure.

• Gables and Bell ends: Once you have chosen your tent width it is a matter of choosing how many bays at the given width. A roof can be finished off in two  ways: bell end or gable end.

• Bespoke accessories: other bespoke features include walk way, rain guttering, ventilation vents, insulated panelling, roll-up sides, curtain doors, printed sides.
