New extra PVC factory now open.

Our new factory is now open. We previously announced in our winter newsletter that the new space would serve as our third production facility for producing PVC marquee stock throughout the year. Our goal with this building is to reduce lead times during the season; to achieve this we have invested in two new high frequency PVC welders to help ensure we have the ability to make stock when you need it. Where is it? Next door to our existing PVC loft in Quayside Rd, Southampton.

With the addition of two new welders we have planned for a 15% increase in manufacturing capacity in order to build up the stock levels of Custom Covers spec PVC marquee covers, which in turn will speed up delivery times.
