The MOD identified a need for lightweight shelter that would be able to be erected in a short time providing battlefield logistics support. In partnership with a design and build company Custom Covers developed a structure to meet this requirement and were awarded the contract.
To fabricate a fabric roof to cover a Scottish quarry. The quarry was to provide Europe's largest enclosed climbing facility and the Architects were looking for a design solution that allowed the maximum amount of natural day light to penetrate.
To provide a shaded area adjacent to his swimming pool. The cover needed to survive UK summer weather on an exposed site.
